Three of Pentacles

Three of Pentacles

This card represents teamwork. It is like the TV series Mission Impossible - for each impossible task, the right team is assembled and they work together to achieve their objective.

On the card we see a sculptor, a monk and an architect. Together with the suit of Pentacles, these figures signify that the best work is carried out by a balance of the energies - technical skill (air), spiritual understanding (water), energy and desire (fire) and practicality (earth).

Practical work, done well with commitment may serve as a vehicle for self development.

Reversed, the work, whether spiritual or practical, goes badly. It can be from laziness, weakness or poor teamwork. If a team is involved, perhaps the balance is wrong.
